1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MMLink ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the MMLink website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MMLink is a Web3 platform that allows users to create personalized profiles to showcase their crypto portfolio, NFT collections, dApp projects, and other Web3 activities. Our Service enables users to:

• Create and customize a personal profile page
• Connect cryptocurrency wallets
• Display and share blockchain assets and activities
• Showcase NFT collections
• Share links to dApp projects and other Web3 ventures

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract with MMLink. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

MMLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, or if you fail to comply with these Terms.

5. Wallet Connection and Blockchain Interactions

Our Service allows you to connect your cryptocurrency wallets and display blockchain assets. You understand and acknowledge that:

• You maintain full control of your connected wallets and private keys
• MMLink does not store your private keys, seed phrases, or have the ability to recover your wallet access
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and any associated assets
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible and MMLink is not responsible for any losses resulting from transactions

6. User Content

"User Content" refers to any information, data, text, graphics, links, and other materials that you upload, display, or provide on your MMLink profile. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting User Content to MMLink, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Post or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMLink and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

• Any blockchain transactions conducted through or in connection with the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMLink disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

MMLink does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MMLink and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, including attorney's fees, arising from:
